American masonic lever and unusual spinning fob

An American lever in an enameled rolled 18K gold case and unusual spinning fob, circa 1915. Nickelled split three quarter plate keyless 15 jewel movement with going barrel. Plain cock with polished steel micrometer regulator, compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring. Club foot lever escapement. Signed white enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Roman numerals, and blue steel hands. Rolled gold open face case with screw bezel and back marked ‘Illinois Watch Case Co. Elgin Guaranteed 25 years’. The back with blue and white enamel engraved with a masonic set square and compass. Gilt rope chain, a ‘T’ bar at one end, and a spring clip at the other. In the center an unusual fob, the circular disc rotating in a semi-circular frame marked ‘Pat.Pend.’. The faces of the disc with an apparently abstract pattern in dark blue enamel. However, when the disc is spun the pattern can be seen to show the masonic set square and compass.
