A fine American 18 carat yellow gold open faced keyless lever watch, circa 1905. The watch features a mechanical movement with 17 jewels and a lever escapement. The silvered dial has an engraved centre, Breguet style radial hour markers, an outer minute ring, and Breguet style hands. The 18 carat yellow gold case includes a personally inscribed cuvette, Wylie M Jameson from his Mother Christmas 1905, and a hinged case back. Both the case and movement are signed by Tiffany & Co.

The case, hinged case back, and cuvette are in overall good condition with surface scratches, light patina, and wear throughout consistent with age. Cuvette inscribed. Crystal with light scratches and scuffing visible near 10 and 11 o’clock. The dial is in overall good condition with light patina throughout. Surface wear and debris along the outer perimeter of the dial hidden underneath the case. Losses to the numbers in the subdial are most noticeable between 20-50. The movement is running.
