A very fine, rare and small Swiss 18 carat gold open faced minute repeating keyless lever dress watch, circa 1900. Gold hinged cuvette. White enamel dial with printed Breguet numerals, outer gold dot minute track with 5 minute Arabic markers, subsidiary seconds and original gold Louis XVI hands. Rhodium plated movement, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, Geneva striping decoration, 21 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a button on the crown. Polished case. Case numbered.
