A fine Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel open faced keyless lever dress watch, circa 1920. Matte gilt movement, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Two-tone engine-turned gilt and silver dial with painted Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds and original blued steel spade hands. Solid, polished case with reeded borders, the back decorated with a royal blue and a white concentric circle in champlevé enamel. Dial, case and movement signed, case numbered. Accompanied by the original Audemars Frères fitted box.
