A fine and elegant Swiss 18-carat gold open faced keyless lever dress watch with a long gold chain, circa 1920. Matte gilt movement, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Gold hinged cuvette with engraved presentation inscription. White enamel dial with black Breguet numerals, outer minute track with Arabic 24-hour numerals, subsidiary seconds and original gold Breguet hands. Polished case. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed, case and movement numbered. Accompanied by a fitted box.
