Gold chronograph with instantaneous 30-minute register by Breguet

A very fine, rare Swiss 18 carat gold open faced oval button split-seconds chronograph keyless lever pocket watch with instantaneous 30-minute register, circa 1920. Rhodium-plated movement, Geneva Striping decoration, 25 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, visible chronograph mechanism. Gold hinged cuvette. White enamel with Breguet numerals, outer minute and fifths of a second chronograph division, subsidiary seconds dial at 6, 30-minute register at 12 and original gold spade hands. Polished case, the back engraved with a coat-of-arms beneath a Vicomte’s coronet and the motto Omne Pro Gallia, concealed hinge. Dial and cuvette signed and numbered.
