Gold open faced lever pendant watch by Patek Philippe

A very fine and rare Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel open faced Chronometro Gondolo keyless lever pendant watch, cicra 1911. Retailed by Gondolo & Laboriau, Relojoeiros, Rio de Janeiro, in 1911, sold on August 4th, 1911. Frosted gilt movement, patented bridge caliber, 17 jewels, straight-line moustache lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, Wilmot’s patented micrometer cam regulator, wolf’s tooth winding wheels, gold wheel train. Gold hinged cuvette.White enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer minute track with 5 minute Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial and original gold spade hands. Case entirely engraved with scrolls, the back with a blue enamel monogram MJ. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed, case and movement numbered.
