A very fine Swiss 18 carat gold manual wind concealed watch set into a U.S. 20 dollar coin made by Audemars Piguet in Geneva, circa 1970. The rhodium plated movement with Geneva striping decoration, 17 jewels, a straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, and a self compensating flat balance spring. Matte silver dial with painted baton indexes and original oxidized gold hands. Coin opening with a push piece concealed in the band. Dial, case and movement signed. Accompanied by a fitted leather presentation box.
