A very fine and rare German 14 carat rose gold hunting cased minute repeating keyless lever pocket watch, circa 1920. Frosted gilt three-quarter plate movement, jewelled to the third wheel, straight-line Glashütte lever escapement with a gold fork and escape wheel, cut bimetallic compensation Guillaume-type balance with gold temperature adjustment screws, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometre regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide in the band. Gold hinged cuvette, overglazed gold bezel for viewing the movement. Three-piece, white enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds and original gold Louis XV hands. Louis XV case, the front with engraved monogram CW. Dial, case and movement signed.
