A fine and elegant Swiss Staybrite stainless steel keyless lever dress watch, circa 1939. Sold on November 10, 1939 to Hugo Freund, Prague. Rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Black enamel dial with applied steel Arabic numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds dial and original steel feuille hands. Brushed and polished case, inclined bezel, the back with engine-turned stripes. Dial, case and movement signed, case and movement numbered. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.
