A fine Swiss 18 carat Swiss gold, enamel and diamond-set keyless lever fob watch accompanied by a detachable 18 carat gold, enamel and diamond-set fleur-de-lys brooch and a box, circa 1900. Rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, adjusted cut and compensated bimetallic balance, blued steel overcoil hairspring, index regulator. Gold hinged cuvette. Champagne coloured dial with black Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds, guilloché centre and original blued steel spade hands. Hinged case, decorated band and bezel, reverse with central diamond, diamond set chapter and outer blue enamel border with wreath and ribbon decoration.
