A very fine and elegant Swiss 18 carat gold, diamond and sapphire set hexagonal skeletonized keyless lever pendant watch, made in the 1990s. Gilt, skeletonized and hand engraved movement with 19 jewels, a straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, shock absorber and an index regulator. A hexagonal brushed cased, glazed on both sides, the bezel and bow set with 118 round white diamonds and eight blue sapphires as quarter hour markers, sapphire crystals, black baton gold hands. Case signed, movement numbered.
