An extremely fine and rare, very elegant, large and heavy Swiss 18 carat gold open faced self-winding keyless lever pocket watch with jumping hours and 45-hour power reserve indication made in very small series in the 1990s. Matte gilt movement, 28 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance with temperature adjustment screws and meantime adjustment nuts on the arms, parachute shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, brushed steel S-shaped pivoted arm for the self-winding with a platinum ogival weight and sapphire roller. Matte silvered guilloché dial on solid gold, an offset brushed chapter ring for the minutes with Arabic numerals, an aperture for the Arabic hours, a brushed sector for the 45-hour power reserve and blued steel hands. The massive, polished Empire case with a coin-edge band, transparent back, flat crown and circular pendant. Dial, case and movement signed, dial and movement numbered. Comes with the original fitted Breguet presentation box and a folder with technical details.
