A very fine Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless lever pocket watch, circa 1970. Matte gilt movement, 15 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometre regulator. Gold hinged cuvette. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds and original gold spade hands. Polished case, the back with engraved scroll monogram. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed, case and movement numbered. Accompanied by the original Vacheron & Constantin fitted box and Certificate of Origin.
