A decorative, historical Viennese neck watch with polychrome enamel decoration in a rock crystal case, circa 1870. Full plate movement, chain/fusee, verge escapement, three arm brass balance. Polychrome cloisonné enamel dial with Roman number cartridges and Louis XV style hands. Rock crystal and silver, octagonal case, silver frame with champlevé enamel, faceted rock crystal lid and bowl, open work protective cap, and three pass bracket. Accompanied by the original key.
