An oval Austrian enamelled verge pocket watch in renaissance style. Signed and numbered verge movement.
The case back with a polychrome enamel mythological scene depicting Poseidon fighting for a naked woman, on the inside another representation with an eagle and child based on a painting from Rembrandt. Original multi-coloured enamel dial with radial Roman hours and Breguet-style hands.
