This French watch has a beautiful edge of twisted gold, circa 1780.
Semicircle pearl on each side, enamel decoration on the back is what you might call a kind of still life.
White enamel dial with Roman numerals for the hours, Arabic numerals for the minutes, signed Vauchez in Paris.
Full plate gilt movement, pierced and engraved cock, verge escapement, Fusee and chain, spring balance, regulator disc, with two hammers ring the bell.
