A Swiss 18K yellow gold open faced keyless pocket watch, circa 1920. Accompanied by Isshin Watch Corp certificate and guarantee. A gold watch by Patek Philippe & Co, Genève made for Tiffany & Co. Hinged case back, bezel and gold cuvette. Champagne dial with Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds and blue steel spade hands. A rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed.
