A Swiss 18 carat gold hunting cased two train eight day minute repeating triple calendar keyless lever pocket watch with moon phases, circa 1900. Gilt finished 3/4 two train lever movement, 32 jewels, some carried in screwed gold chatons, minute repeating on two gongs activated by a slide in the band. Gold cuvette. White enamel dialwith Roman numerals, aperture for day, date and month, subsidiary seconds combined with moon phases and lunar calendar. Chased and engraved case, front lid with a scene of two polo players, reverse with a horse’s head with polo mallets and a horn. Case and cuvette numbered.
