A Swiss silver gilt, enamel and split pearl set open faced duplex watch with center seconds made for the Chinese market, circa 1820. Polished steel movement, duplex escapement, glazed dust cover. White enamel dial with Roman numerals and center seconds. Large circular case with split pearl set bezels, pendant and bow. Case back with opaque light blue enamel background centered by a painted polychrome bouquet of flowers, coin edged band.
