A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced dress watch, circa 1920. Nickel finished jewelled lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance. Silvered matte dial with Roman numerals, outer railway minute divisions, blued steel spade hands and subsidiary seconds. Plain case, snap on back with engraved initials ‘JND’. Case and movement signed EWC Co. Inc. and numbered, dial signed Cartier.
