White gold attractive gentlemen’s watch

A very fine, rare and attractive Swiss 18 carat white gold and diamond set open faced lapel watch made by Piaget in Geneva, circa 1968. The nickel finished lever movement with 18 jewels. Black lacquered dial with baton hour markers. The case features an enlarged bezel set with three rows of emerald cut and round cut diamonds, the back is textured. Accompanied by a corresponding 18 carat white gold lapel, custom made platinum and emerald cut diamond set pair of cufflinks and three tie buttons in a fitted box. Case, dial and movement signed Piaget, cufflinks stamped W for H.J. Wilm.
