A small and attractive Swiss 18 Carat gold, enamel, pearl and diamond set open faced keyless lever pendant watch with matching brooch, circa 1920. Keyless jewelled lever movement. Gold cuvette. White enamelled dial with Breguet numerals. Case with diamond set bezel and rim, the back with translucent scarlet enamel over engine turned sunburst decorated background, centred by an old cut diamond. Comes with a matching gold, pearl and diamond set fleur-de-lys shaped brooch.
