A fine and unusual Swiss/French 18 carat rose gold hunting cased double dialed keyless lever with day and date, circa 1900. Nickel finished mechanical jewelled lever movement. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer railway minute divisions with Arabic numerals, inner Arabic numerals for 24 hour indication, subsidiary dial for constant seconds, second dial with date and day in French on white enamel ring, skeletonized center revealing the movement. Engraved case with floral enamel design on the reverse, the front engraved and with enamelled initials A.B.N. Comes with associated 18 carat gold watch chain. Case signed and numbered.
