A fine Swiss 18 carat rose gold hunting cased quarter repeating keyless lever pocket watch with Jacquemart, circa 1900. Nickel-finished lever movement, 28 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, quarter repeating on two polished steel hammers onto two gongs activated through a slide in the band. Gold cuvette. Blue gilt background, central blue enamel dial with gilt Roman numerals, two gilt figures chiming individual bells for the hours and quarters within a gilt scroll leave motif, subsidiary seconds. Polished case, hinged back. Case and cuvette numbered.
