An unusual Swiss gold open faced hour repeating grande sonnerie clockwatch, circa 1820. Keywound verge movement, hour repeating and en passant grande sonnerie striking on two hammers. Gilt cuvette. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals. Engine turned case back with central cartouche engraved with initials GAK, hour repeating through a button in the pendant, locking slide in the milled band. Case stamped PB and numbered.
