Gold and enamel French horn form watch

A rare Swiss gold and enamel open faced keywound verge watch in the form of a French horn, circa 1820. Keywound verge movement, chain fusée. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals. Bezel with white enamel decoration, the case back similarily decorated with blue enamel over engine turned ground to the centre, all contained within the French horn form case, banded with gold strings, the horn with light blue and blue opaque decoration, a gold chain suspended from three points of the horn.
