An English 18 carat gold and enamel open faced keywound verge watch, circa 1790. Full plate gilt finished verge movement, chain fusée, three armed balance, pierced and engraved balance cock, silvered regulator dial. White enamel dial with stylized Arabic numerals and gilt hands. The case back with translucent blue guilloché enamel in star burst design, both edges with blue and white enamel geometric design with gilt highlights, blue and white enamel heart to the pendant. Movement signed and numbered.
