A Danish very fine and rare lady’s hunting cased pocket watch, circa 1885.
18 carat gold, engine turned, tiered, à goutte case with enamelled monogram, glazed movement and patented hand setting device. Signed enamel dial with radial Roman hours, auxiliary seconds and blued Breguet hands. Bridge movement, rhodium-plated, with “fausses côtes” decoration, large gold screw compensation balance, engraved regulator scale and counterpoised lever.
