A Danish 18K gold Art Deco enamel pocket watch, circa 1920. A polished case, front and back bezel with white enamel black foliate decoration. In the middle a red enamel gryphon. Enamel dial with black Arabic numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary dial for seconds and blued steel hands. Rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance timed to all positions, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed.
