A rare, german pair cased verge watch with Repoussé case by Michael Brosy Friedberg, circa 1700. A pair-case in silver signed first case with repoussé relief signed: Mauris fecit, second case smooth, splendid, signed verge movement, very beautiful decoration on the movement, rare and nice pillars, high and steep fusee, extravagant silver Champlevé dial, an oval cartouche with king’s portrait in centre, probably original dial, good condition of preservation, very rare.
