A very fine, rare and very elegant French, platinum and diamond-set pendant ball watch with bezel winding and platinum and diamond-set Cartier chain, circa 1910. An entirely set with round diamonds, bezel winding, inverted heart-shaped pendant, diamond-set suspension loop, a platinum chain with pierced links intersected by diamond-set heart-shaped links. Silver dial, radial Roman numerals, outer minute track. Blued steel spade hands. A frosted gilt movement, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial and chain are signed.
