Elegant Swiss Art Nouveau diamond set pendant watch Circa 1900

A very fine and very elegant Art Nouveau 18 carat gold painted on enamel and diamond set lady’s keyless pendant watch. Accompanied by the original Longines fitted box and made by Longines, Saint-Imier Switzerland, circa 1900.
Four body and matte case with the back with a finely painted on enamel portrait of a young lady, her bandeau set with three rose cut diamonds, translucent blue enamel background over sunray and scroll engraving, the rococo border with red champlevé enamel and a hinged gold cuvette engraved with the Longines Prize Medals.
White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds and gold spade hands. Matte gilt movement with 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bi metallic compensation balance, Breguet balance spring and an index regulator.
Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed.
