An English 18 carat gold half hunting cased keyless pocket watch made by Webster in London, circa late 19th century. This watch features a smooth case with a black Roman hour numeral chapter on the front, and bears master and guarantee hallmarks on the inside. Its back includes a decoratively engraved vacant cartouche. The white enamel dial displays Roman hour numerals, a railway style minute track, small seconds subdial at 6 o’clock and double spade hands. The mechanical movement operates with crown winding and has a lever escapement, the plate is signed and numbered.
