A large English 18 carat gold hunting cased keyless pocket watch with center seconds, Hallmarked Chester for 1902. The jewelled gilt ¾ plate movement with an English table roller lever escapement, a going barrel, engraved cock with polished steel regulator and a compensation balance with blued steel overcoil hairspring. A plain gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Roman hour numerals, outer minute divisions, outermost fifth of a second track calibrated from 0-300 and gold spade hands. The plain case with a gold slide in the band to stop the balance and maker’s mark B.B. in an oval. Dial signed Decimal Chronograph Sept. 13. 1875 Registered, movement signed and numbered, the case number corresponding to that on the movement.
