An English 18 carat gold keyless wind open faced pocket watch with start/stop seconds, Chester Hallmark for 1897. 3/4 Plate English lever movement, cut and gold screw compensated bimetallic balance, engraved balance cock with ruby endstone, three screwed chatons.

White enamel dial with black Roman numerals, black outer minute and 0-300 markers, gilt spade hands and centre seconds.
Polished hinged 18 carat gold case, start/stop slide between two and three o’clock.  unsigned movement, case stamped T.R.
