A rare, heavy English gentleman’s pocket watch with eight-day movement made after the patent by Jacot et Bovet, circa 1880.
Silver, tiered, polished case. Enamel dial with radial Roman numerals and blued spade hands. Frosted, gilt, 3/4 plate movement, oversize going barrel with patented winding system, club-tooth lever escapement, and screw compensation balance.
