A fine yellow gold pair cased watch with repousse scene, circa 1744. Gilt full plate movement, balance cock pierced and engraved with foliate scrolls and a cherub mask, diamond endstone, square baluster pillars, gilt metal dust cap, white enamel dial, Roman numerals, outer minute track with Arabic numerals, gilt metal beetle and poker hands, the inner hallmarked 1738,  outer case chased with a repoussé scene depicting a classical wedding, bezel with chased repoussé landscapes and foliate, case signed JW* for John White, hallmarked 1744 and numbered 6179, movement and dust cap signed Geo. Graham, London.
