An English unusual silver verge watch with three automatons, made for the Chinese market, circa 1815. Pierced and glazed duplex movement. Rare polychrome enamel dial depicting a church on the right and a windmill on the left, three automatons: 1 The gilt windmill sails rotating. 2 The fish who’s struggles. 3 The moving mock pendulum.
Eccentric small enamel dial with Roman numerals, steel hands and centre second hand. Plain silver case, wound and set from the glazed back. Silver pendant and bow.
