A very fine and rare, extra thin Swiss 18 carat white gold and diamond set keyless dress watch made by Vacheron Constantin SA in Geneva, circa 1960. Accompanied by an 18 carat white gold watch fob on an 18 carat white gold chain. Solid and brushed case with a very thin edge, the bezel set with 49 round diamonds and an integrated semi oval pendant. Satine silver dial with applied white gold baton indexes and white gold dauphine hands. Rhodium plated movement stamped with the Seal of the Geneva Quality Mark, Geneva striping decoration, 17 jewels, a straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, and flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed.
