Silver chronometer watch

An impressive English silver open faced pocket chronometer, circa 1837. Gilt full plate movement, spring detent escapement, balance with two weights and two screws, fusee and chain, blued helical balance spring, finely engraved balance cock with diamond endstone.
White enamel dial with Roman hours and outer minute divisions and subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, blued steel fleur-de-lys hands.
Plain case, push button on top to open the case back for the winding. Movement signed.
