Fire gilded watch with enamel scene

A French fire gilt and enamel open faced pocket watch, circa 1800-1820. The key wound movement with a verge escapement. White enamel dial with Roman hour numerals, outer minute divisions, Arabic quarter hours and decorative gold hands. The case back with a polychrome enamel scene on a translucent blue guiloché ground, the bezel foliate adorned, the front bezel and pendant are decorated to match. Movement signed.
