18 Carat gold polished case, front lid with engraved monogram PLH, with a signed gold dome and pusher for chronograph at 12. Signed enamel dial with radial Roman hours, auxiliary seconds, gold Breguet hands, and centre chronograph hand. Frosted, gilt, signed bridge movement with finely ground chronograph steel parts, ratchet wheel, gold screw compensation balance, and index spring fine adjusting device.
