A Swiss 18K yellow gold open faced keyless pocket watch, circa 1900. Accompanied by the original fitted box. Movement by Patek Philippe and Henry Kohn & sons Inc. A solid, polished case, hinged case back with engraved round bezel. Gold dial with applied black Arabic numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds dial and blued steel spade hands. Rhodium-plated movement, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator.
