Quarter repeating cylinder by Buys & Zoon

A rare Dutch quarter repeating cylinder watch in an 18-carat gold case, circa 1810.
The watch has a slider in the band in order to block the repeater. Gilt Lepine movement. Ribbed middle and sunray back. White enamel dial with black Arabic numerals and blued steel Breguet hands. Plain three-arm steel balance, blue steel spiral hairspring. Push pendant for quarter repeating on two polished steel gongs.
