An Art deco rarity of white gold and enamel, made by Cartier in Paris, France, circa 1925. The numbered open faced case of this watch, which was crafted from 18 carat white gold, features a crown set with a sapphire, is uniquely enamelled as ‘lapis lazuli’ and bears the French punch. The typical Cartier dial is silvered, has Roman hour numerals and Art Deco steel hands and the numbered super thin movement is equipped with a precision lever escapement and 19 jewels.

The dial and movement are signed.
