An extremely rare iron pocket watch with a wandering hour hand, made in France, circa 1915. This watch features a case crafted from burnished iron and its technically unusual silvered dial features a cutout for the retrograde minute display above the wandering hour hand that indicates the hour and points to the minute scale with the tip and has no hands. The movement is equipped with a pin lever escapement.
