A very fine and rare, thin Swiss, 18K yellow gold and diamond-set, lady’s keyless pocket watch, circa 1969. Made especially for IOS and presented to their best clients, members of the IOS Million Dollar Association. Accompanied by a Patek Philippe leather pouch and the Extract from the Archives. A polished case, the bezel set with 50 round diamonds, hinged inset bow set with seven diamonds.

Matte silver dial with applied yellow gold baton indexes and Roman 12, inscribed IOS above 6 o’clock. Yellow gold baton hands. A rhodium-plated movement, stamped twice with the Geneva Quality Mark, Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, free-sprung Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating blued steel flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed.
