An extremely rare Swiss platinum and sapphire set open faced Art Deco pocket watch, circa 1928. The band and bow of the extra flat, round case are set with sapphires. Silver dial with applied baton hour indexes and platinum hands. The movement features 18 jewels and a lever escapement. The dial, case and movement are signed.
