An extremely thin Swiss platinum open faced Art Deco dress watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1932. Retailed by Keltz-Boch in Strasbourg, France.
Platinum case. A super thin Patek Philippe precision lever movement with Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels and adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and five positions. Original silvered dial with Arabic and dot hour indexes, an outer minute track and beautifully preserved steel Art Deco hands. Dial signed Patek, Philippe & Cie Genève Fab. Suisse – Keltz-Boch, movement numbered and signed by the watchmaker and retailer, case numbered and signed by the watchmaker.
